We are working to establish Les Dames d'Escoffier Ireland as the newest chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International (LDEI), a global philanthropic organisation of women leaders in food, beverage, and hospitality. To gain approval, we need to bring together at least 15 founding members — accomplished women who share a commitment to excellence, leadership, and giving back.

We need 15 founding members to formally establish Les Dames d'Escoffier Ireland as an approved LDEI chapter. We are seeking accomplished women with a minimum of five years' professional experience across all areas of food, beverage, and hospitality who want to shape this chapter from the ground up.

Once we reach 15 qualifying women, we can formally apply to LDEI for chapter approval.

With LDEI approval, we officially launch and begin building Ireland's chapter together.
