We are working to establish Les Dames d'Escoffier Ireland as the newest chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International (LDEI), a global philanthropic organisation of women leaders in food, beverage, and hospitality. To gain approval, we need to bring together at least 15 founding members — accomplished women who share a commitment to excellence, leadership, and giving back.

We are seeking accomplished women with a minimum of five years' professional experience across all areas of food, beverage, and hospitality who want to shape this chapter from the ground up.
